They are not designed, marketed or intended to be investments, securities, derivatives, e-money, stablecoins or any other regulated financial instrument. mintus does not operate an exchange and does not facilitate the trading of Vouchers as speculative assets.
The value of a Voucher is determined by the underlying commercial promise of the issuing Merchant and may be lower than its face value, or even zero, if the Merchant fails to honour its obligations.
